The Expelit capsules joined power of Riboflavin and Creatine flush the toxins of your body through the urinary tract. Directions:

1. Drink at least 16 to 24oz of water 1 hour before taking the 4 capsules.

2. Consume all 4 capsules with at least 16 more ounces of water.

3. 15 minutes after taking capsules drink another 16oz of water.

4. Urinate at least 3 times.

5. Urine will be clean for 3-5 hours.

For more frequent users and heavier weight individuals, use together with the Zydot drink.

Useful tips:

Do not eat any large meals prior to taking, but a light meal is recommended.
